2. Personal Data we collect and how we collect it
We care greatly about Personal Data and want to minimise the amount we collect for the game.
Therefore, our privacy policy is really quite simple - When purchasing, downloading or interacting with Rogue Fortune, we do not collect or process any Personally Identifiable Information and therefore we do not retain any either.
You may choose to voluntarily submit Personal Information to us through customer support interactions or other interactions external to the Game itself, You are solely responsible for Your own Personal Information in instances where we have not requested this information be submitted to us.

Telemetry / Gameplay Data
As You play the game we automatically collect technical data about Your device, platform and in-game actions. Any data we do collect is de-personalised, meaning that it cannot be traced back to You.
Our legal basis to collect this data is the legitimate interest of learning about our game and improving it.
Third Party Platforms
Third Party account credentials may be collected by the game and used to provide platform services (such as Steam, Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch) in conjunction with the game.
No Personal Data that is processed in this manner is ever collected outside of the game instance itself - and therefore we do not store or retain this data.
Our legal basis to collect this data is the legitimate interest of being able to operate on platforms to make the game readily and widely available.

When the game crashes, information is sent to us that may include:

When interacting with ourselves for customer support, You may voluntarily provide additional information that assists in identifying and resolving the query.
Any information provided, even when requested, is done so voluntarily and You acknowledge that You have given Your consent for Us to use Your Personal Information towards the direct purpose.

7. How long do we retain Your Data
We keep Personal Data for the period that the game is available to play - Once the game is unavailable we will delete all Personal Data relating to the players of the Game.
We retain it for a period that complies with legal and regulatory obligations. Data that has been obfuscated and depersonalised may be kept indefinitely.
8. Changes and Amendments
We retain the right to make changes and amendments to this Policy, for example to ensure that we remain compliant with laws and regulations or to reflect changes we make to the Game and changes to how we utilise and store Your Personal Data.
We will revise the updated date at the bottom of the page to indicate that this Policy has changed. When we do, Your continued usage of The Game provides consent to these changes. If You do not agree with the changes to this Policy, You may continue to not use the Game and it’s related services.
9. Storage and Transfers
We are based in the UK and our data is primarily stored within the UK. However we collaborate with international service providers and Data may be transferred internationally, when we do so, this is within the regulatory guidance with contractual measures safeguarding such transfers.
